Green Tea

Green tea (Green Tea) is one of the main tea products in China. It refers to the beverage produced by the new leaves or buds of tea plant without any fermentation, after the process of fixing, shaping and drying. The color of the finished product and the tea soup after the brewing are more preserved in the green style of the fresh tea. Often drinking green tea can prevent cancer, reduce fat and lose weight, and it can also reduce nicotine damage to smokers.

Green tea is made from unfermented tea. It preserves natural substances from fresh leaves, and contains many nutrients, such as tea polyphenols, catechins, chlorophyll, caffeine, amino acids, vitamins and so on. These natural ingredients in green tea have special effects on anti-aging, cancer prevention, anti-cancer, sterilization, and anti-inflammatory, which are not as good as other tea types. Green Tea is suitable for tea plants as raw material, by fixing, rolling, typical drying process of processed tea. The color of dry tea and the tea soup after the brewing, the bottom of the leaf with green as the main tone, so named green tea. Green Tea is picking the fresh Ye Xian after high temperature fixing, to kill a variety of enzymes, keep the tea green, then made by rolling and drying, soup green leaves are a common feature of Green Tea quality. The range of green tea produced in China is very extensive. Henan, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Anhui, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Shaanxi (Southern Shaanxi), Hunan, Hubei, Hubei and Hubei are the main producing provinces of green tea in China.
